Will a walk-in tub fit in my bathroom?
Our standard tub fits the space of a typical 60″ bathtub, and petite sizes are made for tighter rooms. We'll measure during your free consultation.
Do I have to sit in the tub while it fills and drains?
Yes, the door seals once you're inside. That's why every tub has a fast-fill faucet and gravity drain, and why a heated seat and backrest are popular upgrades: they keep you warm while the water comes and goes.
Should I choose a walk-in tub or a barrier-free shower?
If you love to soak or want hydrotherapy, a walk-in tub is a great fit. If you use a wheelchair or walker, or prefer to shower seated, a curbless shower is usually better. We'll help you weigh both.
How long does installation take?
Many installations are completed in a day or two, depending on plumbing and electrical. We'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer 12 months with no interest, plus longer-term plans. Financing is subject to credit approval.

A patented hydrotherapy system fills your bath with billions of microscopic bubbles. They reach into your pores to lift away impurities and add oxygen to the water, with no soaps, salts or chemicals.
Press one button and the bath turns a soft, milky white. That's the bubbles at work: each one is about 10 micrometers across, one-fifth the size of an average skin pore. They're small enough to get where a washcloth can't.

How much does a Reign walk-in tub cost?
Unlike others, all of our models and installations are custom, so we can provide the best and most cost-effective price possible.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. Reign offers 12 months with no interest, as well as longer-term plans through both in-house and third-party financing. Financing is subject to credit approval.
Are there any current discounts or promotions?
Because our tubs are American made, we provide discounts and promotions based on volume and efficiencies.
Installation
How long does installation take?
Installation is typically completed in a single day. Our team handles demolition, plumbing, electrical work, installation and cleanup.
How long from order to installation?
Each tub is built to order, which typically takes 4–6 weeks. If you need your tub sooner, let us know. We may be able to expedite with notice.
Can you install in a manufactured home, condo or upstairs bathroom?
In most cases, yes. Door openings along the path to your bathroom need to be at least 24″ wide, and hallways must be wider than the tub. High-rise installations may require a platform.
What are the electrical requirements for installation?
Single-seat tubs require one 20-amp GFCI outlet. The Two-Seater requires two 20-amp GFCI outlets. We'll check your electrical during your consultation.
Do you use subcontractors for installation?
No. Reign uses our own in-house certified installation team, never third-party subcontractors.

What is the step-in height on a Reign tub?
Reign walk-in tubs have an industry-low step-in height of about 2 inches, made possible by an internal steel frame that keeps the threshold low while the tub stays rigid and strong.
Can I use bath oils and salts in my tub?
Yes, in moderation. Let salts dissolve completely before turning on the jets. Heavy use of oils can affect the door seals over time.
Can I use the spa jets for long periods of time?
As a built-in safety precaution, the air and water jet systems stop automatically after 20 minutes of continuous use. You can restart them right away if you'd like a longer session.
How does the water drain work?
Reign tubs use a natural, gravity-fed drain that connects directly to the P-trap under the tub, so no electric pump is required. Average drain time is about 2 minutes.
What colors and finishes are available?
Walk-in tubs come in three gelcoat colors:
- White
- Cream
- Slate Grey
Hardware is available in chrome, brushed nickel or matte black.
What is micro-bubble therapy?
An optional upgrade that fills your bath with billions of microscopic bubbles, smaller than your pores, for a gentle, soap-free deep clean.
Cleaning & care
How do I clean my Reign walk-in tub?
Wipe the tub with a non-abrasive cleaning liquid after every use to keep the finish looking new. Soft Scrub or a fiberglass cleaner works well. Keep the door seals free of hair and debris.
What routine maintenance does the tub need?
Very little. The air jet system purges itself automatically after 20 minutes of non-use. You may occasionally need to tighten the door handle, but don't adjust the hinge or seal fittings yourself. Contact us instead.
